Our Team
At Numerifi Books, we help South Florida business owners understand their numbers and make confident financial decisions. Our team includes David Miller, CPA, and Tax Associate Liam Millens. We both come from hands-on backgrounds in accounting and advisory work, and we focus on giving clients straightforward guidance.
David has worked in cost accounting, public accounting, and corporate tax, including time in the biotechnology industry. He holds an MBA in Tax and Law from Bentley University and has experience helping companies navigate their day-to-day financial challenges. Liam is an Enrolled Agent and a Certified People Advisor with Gusto. His background in mathematics and client services shapes the way he approaches problem-solving and payroll/HR support for business owners.
At the end of the day, we enjoy working with entrepreneurs. We are focused on building genuine relationships. We live and work in Miami, and we take pride in being the people our clients can call for clear, honest advice when they need it.
Our Story
Numerifi Books started when David noticed a pattern in his work in both public accounting and corporate finance. A lot of business owners were doing everything they could to keep their companies running, but they didn’t always have a clear picture of what their financial numbers were telling them. Bookkeepers handled the data entry, accountants filed the tax returns, but there was often a missing step—someone to explain what the numbers actually meant and how to use them to make better decisions.
We built Numerifi Books to fill that gap. Our goal is to take bookkeeping a step further and connect the financial data to what’s actually happening in the business. Instead of delivering reports that are hard to interpret, we focus on making the information clear, straightforward, and useful.
Today, we work with businesses across South Florida—from long-standing companies to newer ventures that are just starting to grow. The mission is the same now as it was when we began: give business owners the clarity they need to make confident decisions.
