Our core bookkeeping service starts at $249/month on a flat-rate basis. The final price depends on your business's size and complexity, which we determine during our free discovery call.

My books are a disaster. Can you still help?

Absolutely. Our Bookkeeping Cleanup service is designed specifically for this situation. We'll get your past records fully organized and reconciled to give you a solid financial baseline.

Am I locked into a long-term contract?

No. Our monthly bookkeeping services are month-to-month. We believe in earning your business every month.

How do I share my documents and statements with you?

We use a secure app for all document sharing. It’s a simple process, and we guide you through the setup during onboarding.

Do we need to meet in person?

No. We operate as a virtual firm, which allows us to serve South Florida businesses efficiently and keep our services more affordable. Everything is handled remotely.

Do I need to buy QuickBooks?

Yes, we work in QuickBooks Online (QBO). It's about $30/month and gives you easy access to your financials. We'll help you get set up and teach you what you need to know.

How do we work together each month?

You upload bank statements and receipts through our secure app (we'll show you how). We handle everything else.

Do you file taxes?

Yes, we prepare and file your business taxes. We handle quarterly estimates, and make sure you capture every deduction.

Do you handle payroll?

Yes. We process payroll, handle tax deposits, file quarterly 941s, and manage year-end W-2s.

How much work is this for me?

After initial setup, maybe 15 minutes a month uploading documents. That's it. We handle the rest.

When can you start?

We can typically start within a day of our first call. If your books need cleanup work, we begin there. If they're current, we jump right into monthly bookkeeping.

Can I actually call you with questions?

Yes. We answer the phone and return calls the same business day.
